Day One

We have arrived safe and sound at camp and are all resting after the busy day.

After leaving school we enjoyed a relaxing drive to Glenrowan where we had lunch and an opportunity to stretch our legs. We took a short tour around the town to look at the place where the Ned Kelly Siege took place including Anne's Inn. Of course we had time for a picture in front of the giant Ned Kelly!

After we settled in at the Old Priory, which is a beautiful old building we broke off into different activity groups. Some of us played in the Rec Room, others took advantage of the sports fields and some went fro a walk into Beechworth and drooled through the windows of the bakery and lolly shop.

After a yummy dinner we exhausted ourselves dancing at the disco and are all ready for day two.

Beechworth Camp What to bring and weather update

Hello everyone

We are very excited about camp this week!

Looking at the Bureau of Meteorology forecast for Beechworth things are looking good weather wise. The rain forecast for the first half of the week should have passed by Tuesday night.

Even so, it is expected to be below 20 degrees each day so please keep that in mind when your children are organising their packing.

The 'what to bring' list is copied below for your convenience.
Thanks
